Routine oil change and tire rotation. They always make it easy and are efficient. Tim helped me out and he is always so nice! I won’t go anywhere else!

My first experience with the dealership was as a service customer where I met the service manager, Paul and service writer Tim. I was having trouble with my truck and they went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was right. They are fantastic and the reason that I came to Brockland when I was ready to buy a new truck. Then I met your salesman Tim and he was also fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about the service and the experience we’ve had there. I will no doubt continue to be a loyal customer.

Great Service

Service was exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. I will keep bringing my vehicles here for maintenance. I am in the market for a new car this year and considering this dealership for a purchase.

I went to Brooklyn for an oil change a tire rotation. Everything went as promised. Service writers were quick and efficient. The mechanic had it done in A short time I was on my way in about an hour.

Check engine light came on in the truck I bought just days after getting it home and Dan at BROCKLAND GMC in COLUMBIA, IL instructed me to return it immediately so they could rectify the issue. They were fast, polite and I would recommend them to anyone. I would also like to recommend them for Nobel Peace Prize AND a Pulitzer for their whimsical, charismatic and musically driven advertisements. Top notch all the way around and they should probably be widely regarded as a beacon of perfection in the eyes of all GM dealerships from coast to coast.

New vehicle shopping and Wyatt, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make a final decision. Was pleased with the final trade in amount on my old vehicle, as well. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly as well! Devan walked us through the final paperwork, and was very easy to work with as well!

Sam was very understanding as we continue to address the radio issue that has been since day 1 of delivery. Kirk has been in contact with GM to help resolve the issue.

Dealer would not replace cv axle when the transmission seal was bad on that axle even though I said I would pay for the axle if they would do it when replacing seal. And then only after the seal job was complete with old axle they offered to tear it all back apart and replace it with new axle for $1,557.29. I called after twice requesting to speak to service manager, Paul Tissier, who did not call us back. His staff did, but we specifically said wanted to speak to him. The communication with Samantha Davis was extremely challenging and frustrating. Unfortunately at this point we will be doing business with this dealership again.
