I called with a last minute request for a rear brake job. Tim and Gary checked for parts and told me to come in. Gary and another mechanic double teamed my truck to get the job done in time for me to drive it home. As always, Gary did not disappoint and made it happen. Gary has always impressed me with his dedication to the dealership and to me, the customer. He and his knowledge will be very hard to replace.

When I dropped my van off for service my trailer brake controller was working fine. After getting it back, it’s not working. Andrew looked at the van for a few minutes but stated “oh it’s aftermarket, I don’t know” It shouldn’t matter if it’s aftermarket or not. Tim said he would have Ronnie call me. I got a call the next day, however, I was working and couldn’t answer. No one left a message or made any further attempt to contact me. It wasn’t broken when I dropped it off. I left George Weber for stuff like this. When my van was detailed the cleaner didn’t even touch the rims. (Previous date). Tim offered to have them cleaned but I don’t have time to keep coming up there for repairs and other services all the time. Paul and Tim are super nice and want to help. Whoever is in charge of quality control is failing. I’m supposed to leave for a trip on Wednesday morning and my trailer brake controller doesn’t work. My wife and I have full time jobs and can’t just drop everything to bring it back up there. I just want stuff fixed right the first time and not have to keep bringing back to you. I’m scheduled to bring it back on Wednesday and hopefully it will get done so I can leave for vacation the same day. Either way, your mechanic screwed something up. I don’t feel like I should be paying for diagnosis and repair since it was fine when I dropped it off.

Salesman Tim Anderson and sales manager Scott, did a very good job of explaining, defining, and making me feel comfortable. I purchased a used 2020 Enclave. It was warranted for 30 days or 1,000 miles. Car wasn’t off the lot & had issues. SAles mgr said he would care of me. Transmission issues and front USB ports weren’t working. Service dept. had the car for nearly 3 weeks dealing with the trans. Service said I needed a new trans, $6500. Then said I didn’t & car was fixed (flashed the computer). I asked the car be driven at least 50 miles. Service called & said code, P18a8, came back, it wasn’t fixed. DID THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! Did they know how to diagnose & repair. Had to order parts. Ultimately new valve body & position switch magnet. Service rep, Ronny, also said front USB ports were replaced. I asked if the new ports were tested & was told “yes”. As of today, the ports still don’t work. I will not go back because I live 25 miles away. Tech - A. Massey. One very good thing was Sls. Mgr. Scott, stood by his word of taking care of me so I would not be without a vehicle. I was given a loaner to use. He is a man of his word.

The biggest plus was the fact that the extended warranty was declined because of 3 miles over the 120k limit when those miles were gain taking the truck to the service center. The service department worked with the warranty team and got my claim opened back up. Still waiting to see what the cost change is.

Check engine light came on in the truck I bought just days after getting it home and Dan at BROCKLAND GMC in COLUMBIA, IL instructed me to return it immediately so they could rectify the issue. They were fast, polite and I would recommend them to anyone. I would also like to recommend them for Nobel Peace Prize AND a Pulitzer for their whimsical, charismatic and musically driven advertisements. Top notch all the way around and they should probably be widely regarded as a beacon of perfection in the eyes of all GM dealerships from coast to coast.
